My Dad got a shunt put in his heart at a well respected regionally dominant University Medical Facility. The same dudes that run the world, run this. I mean, isn't if funny that people still buy that crap about the worth of a college education when the numbers are so obviously skewed by Dr.s and Lawyer,s Actors, CEO's and Sports stars and hedge fund managers. Salaries of people who are in the family business or have industry connections and bloat the total with outrageous fees.
Anyway, hes in there and he can't be released until his blood gets to a certain viscosity. They treat him with rat poison and his blood is extremely thin to begin with. So he's walking around and can't wait to get out of that place and they will not release him until the numbers are the way their lawyers say they should be.
When his increasing irritation caused him to confront the doctor about it and he reviewed the notes he saw the mistake the nurse was making because SHE HAD CHANGED HIS NOTES. Great place you run here!

He had to spend an extra week in there because his nurse could not believe the dose of CUMIDIN he was supposed to take and IGNORED the doctors notes on it.
